We should also keep track of when someone starts a test plan and when they complete it, as well as when they complete each step to get a sense of how long each step takes.

Right now the program uses "To Do List" and "Preset". Instead I'd like to see wording around "Test Plan" and "Test Steps". We should also group "Test Steps" by test plan, and show a test plan as completed when all of the steps are completed. We should also keep track of when someone starts a test plan and when they complete it, as well as when they complete each step to get a sense of how long each step takes.

I think we havea fundemental mismatch of where we think the project should go, we should have a conversation about what you actualyl want in the project because right now I think about half of t he features in the project are usless because of the way you worded this issue
