Your report only gets an id and is an actual report if you put an address in. For either report standing water or mosquito nuisance. You can add literally anything but if you don’t put an address the report is undefined.

This should be fixed in staging by showing an error message saying that an address is required. Please retest.

I get an error if there is nothing in the address box, it doesn't tell me why I can't submit the report though. Random letters in the address box gives me the same error. If there is a validish address it accepts it and the address is correct in the "check status". The error does not give a message saying that an address is required
