If I click the link https://staging-report.mosquitoes.online/compliance/ I'll be taken to compliance with a report id. If I go to the URL and delete the ID from the URL I get taken to a loading screen. If I click the link again, I get stuck at a loading screen.

Fixed in 528a785007 with a generic catch-all route that shows a helpful message and a cute image.
