Delete branch "ontology/site-identity"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Defines Site identity in the Global Ontological Constraints (§2 Identity and Persistence Principles, new item 7) and records it on Site (#14): an Identity core property, and System Rule 2 stating that an address is neither required nor an identity.
Merge order: this is PR 1 of 5 in a stack. Merge in order: ontology/site-identity, ontology/trap-station, ontology/trap-instance, ontology/trap-sample-species-count, ontology/pool-pool-test. Each later PR is based on its predecessor.
Follow-up: no term files are added under doc/nidus/reference/ontology/terms/. Those files anchor to the customer-abridged ontology and whether the new entities belong there is a separate decision.
